Offer terms

These general terms apply to every ATOMA bundle and promotion. Each offer page also lists its own validity, eligibility and terms.
Buying a bundle
- Bundles are charged to your main balance, ATOMA Pay wallet or monthly bill at the moment you activate them.
- A bundle starts as soon as we confirm it by SMS. Its validity is shown on each offer page.
- You can hold several bundles at once. Bundle allowance is used before your main balance.
Validity and renewal
- Unused allowance expires at the end of the validity period and is not refunded.
- Weekly and monthly bundles renew automatically when you have enough balance. You can turn off renewal by USSD, SMS or in My ATOMA.
- If you do not have enough balance on the renewal day, the bundle ends and normal rates apply.
Promotions
- Promotional prices apply only between the start and end dates shown on the offer.
- Unless stated otherwise, a promotion can be bought once per number while it runs.
- ATOMA may end a promotion early with 7 days' notice. Bundles already bought keep working until they expire.
Fair use
- Unlimited bundles are for personal use on a phone. Reselling, tethering servers or automated traffic is not allowed.
- Fair-use limits are shown on each offer. Above them, speed may be reduced until the period ends.
Prices and complaints
- All prices are in Afghani and include applicable taxes.
- If something goes wrong with a bundle, raise a complaint in My ATOMA or on the Help page. We reply within the time shown on your ticket.
